I’m addressing a common critique of the carnivore and animal-based lifestyle: that it's a form of disordered eating. The truth? It’s quite the opposite—when done with intention, ancestral wisdom, and nourishment in mind, this way of eating can be deeply healing.
Our ancestors thrived on animal-based nutrition for millennia—before processed food, seed oils, and sugar infiltrated every corner of our diets. Today, more and more people are reclaiming their health through a nose-to-tail, nutrient-dense approach grounded in evolution, not trends.
I’ll share how animal-based eating can support and often reverse chronic conditions such as:
Autoimmune disorders
IBS and digestive issues
Mental health struggles (anxiety, depression)
PCOS and hormone imbalances
Skin conditions (eczema, psoriasis, acne)
Joint pain and inflammation
