I recently had to fast for lab work — and something surprising happened. I woke up with no hunger, went about my day, and before I knew it… 24 hours had passed without eating. And it wasn’t hard at all.

Why? I believe months of Carnivore and animal-based eating have completely changed my hunger signals. When your body is fueled with nutrient-dense foods, rich in protein and healthy fats, you stay satisfied longer, your blood sugar stays stable, and cravings disappear.
