Bone Broth to Cure What Ails Ya!

Bone broth has been used, celebrated and passed on for centuries all around the world, in all different countries and cultures.

It is loaded with substantial health benefits.

Packed with collagen, amino acids, and essential minerals like calcium and magnesium, it's a powerful food for promoting gut health, supporting joint function, and boosting skin elasticity. When you combine it with grass-fed beef (or ideally, the grass fed bones of your choice), you're elevating its nutritional profile even further, ensuring you're getting the best for your body.

Bone broth is fabulous for calming your digestive system and lowering toxins.

It's as simple as simmering grass-fed beef bones to extract all their wholesome goodness, and then infusing the broth with your favorite flavors, such as the robust flavors of garlic, onion, and a selection of herbs, adding depth and complexity to every sip.

Toss in any vegetable you want like celery, carrots, red pepper, leeks, fennel, tomatoes. The sky is the limit.

Once it's made, here's how to enjoy homemade grass-fed beef bone broth:

Sip it Warm: Pour yourself a comforting mug of warm bone broth, perfect for sipping on a chilly day or whenever you need a soothing pick-me-up.

Use it as a Base: Incorporate this flavorful broth into your favorite soups, stews, and sauces for an extra boost of nutrients and richness.

Post-Workout Refuel: After a strenuous workout, replenish your body with a nourishing cup of bone broth to support muscle recovery and hydration.

Immune Support and Healing From Illness - it's a great way to fuel and nourish your body, gently and nutritiously when recovering from colds, viruses and any common bugs.

After your bone broth is made, save out some to use and then freeze the rest by simply fill glass jars 3/4 full, seal with the lid and freeze to enjoy bone broth on demand. I like to make single use sizes as well as 2-4 days at a time.

Whether you're seeking a comforting drink to warm your soul or a nutrient-packed addition to your favorite recipes, grass-fed beef bone broth with garlic, onion, and herbs is sure to satisfy both your palate and your body's cravings for wholesome goodness.
